Terms of sale and use

Each collection is an English-language digital library of reusable AI instructions, editable fields, illustrative outputs and review guidance. The product page identifies the included collection and template count. There is no physical shipment.

You are purchasing templates, not AI-generated services, an AI subscription, or professional advice. You need an internet connection, a compatible web browser and your own access to an AI tool to generate output. Third-party providers have their own terms, limits and charges.

Provide an accurate email address at checkout. Sign in or create a Labescape account using that address and verify it to claim your purchase. Access is provided through My Library after payment confirmation and processing; an email explains how to get started.

If payment is confirmed but access has not appeared, contact us with your order reference rather than paying again. Keep your credentials private and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You must have legal capacity to enter this purchase contract, or appropriate authorization where required.

Purchases are one-time payments for the selected collections, not recurring subscriptions. Review the selected items, currency, discounts and final total before confirming payment in Stripe. Additional collections are optional and require your selection.

Promotions apply only to eligible items under the conditions displayed at checkout. Discounts do not create a cash entitlement. If Stripe offers a local-currency option, review its exchange rate and any conversion charges before selecting it; your bank may apply its own charges.

Any tax or charge collected through checkout must be shown before payment. Nothing in these terms removes tax obligations that apply by law. A failed or incomplete payment does not grant access.

The Individual-use License applies to every purchased collection. You may use the templates for your own personal and professional work, including work delivered to clients, but may not share your account or redistribute the library.

Weekly updates to your purchased collection are included and appear in your library. New, separate collections are not included. A one-time purchase does not require renewal payments; it is not a promise that every third-party AI tool or feature will remain available indefinitely.

Examples use fictional details and illustrate a possible structure, not a guaranteed result. Check facts, calculations, permissions, tone and required approvals before using generated work. Do not provide confidential, sensitive or third-party information to an AI tool unless you are authorized and its use complies with your organization’s policies.

The collections do not replace legal, financial, brokerage, technical or other qualified advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether a template and its resulting output are suitable for your situation.

Do not use Labescape for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, harmful interference, or bulk extraction and redistribution of paid content. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.

Webscalers LLC and its licensors retain rights in the website and template library. Your purchase grants the use rights in the Individual-use License, not ownership of the library. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; references to AI providers do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy. You may also have mandatory cancellation, conformity or other consumer rights under the law applicable to you.

Opening your library or using a template does not, by itself, waive statutory cancellation rights. We do not treat these terms as a request for such a waiver.

Maintenance, technical incidents and third-party interruptions may temporarily affect access. If a problem prevents you from accessing purchased content, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security risk, unlawful conduct or a material license breach. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Restrictions do not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

We do not promise that AI outputs will be accurate, unique or suitable for every purpose, or that using a collection will produce a particular time saving, income or business result.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights where digital content is defective, misdescribed or not supplied. Your mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting wording.

Contact contact@labescape.com with a description of any complaint and your order reference where relevant. Wyoming law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law where they live.

The revision date identifies this version. Changes will be published here; material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated where required. Updates do not retroactively remove rights attached to your purchase. Save a copy of the terms and your order confirmation for your records.
